Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Pinter account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original box with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed packing slip to help us identify your order quickly.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
